Agency Principal

Rich Kingsley Gary Kingsley started the Agency in 1983 in St. Johns. Working full-time as a teacher and teaching drivers education at St. Johns High School, Gary spent evenings working in insurance. Rich joined Gary in 2000. After Gary retired in 2003, Rich purchased the agency. Louanne Kingsley In 2005, Louanne joined the agency when Rich expanded and purchased the Alma office. As owners of Kingsley Insurance Group, Rich and Louanne have more than 40 years of combined management experience.

Staff

Erika Erika is the office manager and our oldest daughter. Erika attended Mott Community College, where she studied nursing, ran cross country and eventually coached. In her free time, she volunteers at Beacon of Hope, and she enjoys traveling with her three daughters, Isabella, Gabriella and Alexandria.

Calen Calen is an Alma High School  graduate and attended Mid Michigan Community College to study nursing. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and has a strong background in customer service. In her free time, she loves camping, kayaking and being outside with her family.

Jessica Jessica is a St. Johns High School graduate and attended Lansing Community College to study business administration. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and has an extensive background in customer service and management. Jessica has two daughters, Bailey and Brynley. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, swimming, kayaking and fishing.
