Rich and Louanne Kingsley

Gary Kingsley started the Agency in 1983 in St Johns. Working full time as a teacher and teaching drivers education at St Johns High School, Gary spent evenings working on insurance. Rich joined Gary in 2000. After Gary retired in 2003, Rich purchased the agency.

In 2005 Louanne joined the agency when Rich expanded and purchased the Alma office. As owners of Kingsley Insurance Group, Rich and Louanne have more than 40 years of combined management experience.

Customer service is an integral component of everything we do at Kingsley Insurance Group. Our team is committed to establishing long term relationships based on trust with each of our clients.

Katie started in the insurance industry in 2000 and was licensed in Property and Casualty insurance that year. In 2001, she was licensed in Life, Health and Accident insurance and received her Certified Insurance Service Representative Designation. In 2004, she received her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation and in 2005, she received her Associates Degree from Baker College in Business Management. Katie has been working for the Kingsley Insurance Group since October 2005. Katie is married to Barry who is a teacher at Ovid-Elsie Area Schools. They enjoy spending time with family and pursuing their interest in photography. Katie enjoys working with customers and helping them identify the insurance coverages that will protect them and their families the best.

Rose was born and raised outside of Alma on a dairy farm that her grandfather owned. She graduated from Alma High School and after graduation went to work for the local shopper newspaper.

In July of 1962, Rose went to work at Alma College as manager of the Mailing and Printing Center and enjoyed a wonderful career of 45 years.

She volunteers for Special Olympics, the United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity, Mid-Michigan Hospital Auxiliary, and many other community events. In her spare time, she paints ceramics and enjoys spoiling her two grandsons, Justin and Tyler.

In 2007 Rose was hired as a CSR for Kingsley Insurance Group where she finds learning a new career very rewarding.

Emily came back to her roots in St. Johns after graduating from Alma College in the spring of 2009. She then joined the agency and earned her Property and Casualty license and loves the challenge of learning the intricacies of the business. She spends her free time playing and writing piano music, reading, and enjoying the fall colors.

Beth graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 2000 and attends church at Trinity Assembly of God in Mt. Morris. She has extensive background in Customer Service and Office Management. Beth joined the Agency staff in August of 2009. When she's not busy at work you can always find her enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her nieces, nephews and friends.

Kate is a 2006 graduate from Bartram Trail H.S. in Jacksonville, FL. She is currently enrolled at Alma College and plans to attend Michigan State University in pursuit of a large animal veterinary career. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding, archery, camping, snowboarding, drawing, painting, and designing and sewing her own clothes. Kate joined the agency as a customer service representative in the summer of 2009 and enjoys the challenge of working in the insurance industry.

Kelly is a 2007 graduate of Fowler High School and is currently enrolled at Alma College. She is pursuing a career in Physical Therapy. She enjoys playing softball for the Alma College Scots and spending time with her family and friends. She began working as a CSR for the agency in September 2009.
